Have made 3 orders with maggard razors now. A purple swirl brush which is gorgeous. An MR7 Razor which i love. And now today a 24 mm synthetic knot came in the mail. I'd ordered a beautiful synthetic brush from a supplier in china and when it arrived there was a donut in the knot. I got a replacement coming from them. In the meantime I drilled out the defective knot, then ordered a replacement knot from Maggard Razors, and within 20 minutes of it arriving I glued it in using loctite epoxy and voila, fixed it!
