I have only lived in the area for 3 years however I was looking online for something local. The owner told me he's been in business over 30 years! The first thing I want to say is I don’t trust people! Anyway I found someone I can trust, his name is Claire he owns this jewelry store. he is very fair with his prices and fixing jewelry and watches! if anybody is looking to buy jewelry for someone special or a holiday perhaps or just because present this is the place to go. This guy replaced a battery in my dive watch. I got the watch a little wet the same day and water got inside my watch. After I called him, he said since he replaced the battery, I can never get it wet again. He charged me 40 bucks only to ruin a 400 dollar watch. Stay away!
Rude owner. I had a watch and asked him to remove (1) link. He said he couldn’t do the work because his tool broke to remove the pins! “Your a jeweler and you don’t have more than (1) tool!” Poor customer service to say the least. Needless to say he’s lost our business!
