As a longstanding patient who joined the Riverside location 12+ years ago, I leave in utter disappointment, after being switched through 7+ family doctors (not my choice, but due to leaves, temporary and permanent), and then moved to the Midtown location when my latest doctor transferred there due to the Riverside location being inaccessible to them (with no consideration as to whether the Midtown location would be accessible for me - it's not). This all online system seemed like an innovative idea at first, but in reality, it's the most frustrating thing to not to be able to just pick up the phone or shoot a quick email. Trying to book an appointment is a nightmare, you have to keep logging in to check when they'll post new availabilities, and appointments are very limited. Need to book way in advance, so while I was a patient there i mostly had to resort to walk in clinics. It's completely impersonal, you literally feel like a number in the system. Doctor Eugene ma never gave my gf a single blood test in all her 8yrs of adulthood - this baffles me since moving to a new doctor, first thing is that we find abnormal values in certain blood measures
