Literally every aspect of admin for this clinic is designed to prevent you from contacting or seeing your doctor. I have never encountered another service that is so hostile to the people they allege to serve and so actively discouraging of using the services they're supposed to provide.
I’ve been here a few times for an emergency and there’s a male doctor that is super communicative and shows compassion. I won’t name the doctor I saw today, but I was spoken to in such a condescending tone, felt like a nuisance and left feeling more anxious than before I got there. I work very hard on regulating and managing my emotions because I’ve been treated poorly by doctors. My doctor at this clinic is excellent. The process to book an appointment is not. I cannot find a phone number to a human or working email address to reach someone. You have to go through a system in which finding a form to write to admin is like solving a puzzle - and you’re not feeling well which makes it worse. They use a third party system for bookings and when the system randomly stopped acknowledging my email and password, Magenta said I have to contact that third party system for support.
