My Dentust, Dr Travis is the best in the business! Vety good at what he does. Hopefully he never retires!
I have been going to this office for over 20 years but since Travis has taken over it is a TOTAL JOKE, the staff is rude and the hygientist never shut up I had a headache when I left. They don't explain the costs now and are frankly very rude and not customer friendly. My family will NEVER NEVER go back again and that is sad because we loved James but Travis needs to get a clue it is about more than the money.
Finally found a good dentist, has done work for myself and my husband. My husband has had issues and 3 other dentists could not seem to get it right. Dr. Magelsen put on a crown and has been perfect ever since. Also did some much needed work to replace fillings, etc. Staff were always very consious of the insurance plan and how much they would cover in a year so we did not over extend. It is so hard to find a good dentist, we tried this one just out of the phone book. I highly recomment Dr. Magelsen.
My children love going here. Everyone in the office is very pleasant and the dental care is very good. The children actually look forward to the visit. I have found that although I am nervous myself about attending the dentist, Doctor Magelsen is very gentle and patient with me. It was as relaxing as a dentist office can be.
