This pharmacy was Posted on my son's PCP "as a secondary" pharmacy for security purposes and now all of a sudden about a year later maybe less it's GONE. I've never had my sone with that pharmacy especially if there is one in my state there are only TWO locations. And the one that was used wasn't for my state. I will never understand how this works and why they are making it so difficult on patients to get their medicine. Especially, if they are going to give so much of a hassle to get anything.
Terrible company to deal with. Wait forever on hold to find out that medications after arguing for hours to get them approved are cheaper not using insurance then they are using insurance. It what backwards world does this make any sense? Everyone I talk to within the company makes it seem like it's perfectly normal and that I'm being irrational. The sad thing is its insulin, its not an optional medication. What a scam.
Horrible services. They keep telling my son he is not on the insurance. I just called my insurance to verify my son is on the insurance. I called this company back and verified the group numbers and RXbin. But the customer service lady kept saying the wrong insurance company. So I asked to escalate this to a Supervisor. I was on hold for 30 minutes, the customer service lady came back and said her manager is calling Caterpillar. I’m like who is Caterpillar. My insurance is Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. Who are y’all calling... read more
They don't cover tamiflu which is what you're supposed to take when you have the flu. It makes no sense because the flu is prevalent every year
So far, so good. My prescription is being transferred to their pharmacy due to a recent move. I spent about 10 minutes on hold before reaching customer service, who was friendly and helpful in explaining their process. Customer service is a different team than the processing team, so we'll see how things go from here. The other reviews here are not encouraging, though.
