I've always felt like I was treated with respect at partners in recovery, until today. I called in and was asked to hold and instead I was disconnected twice by a gentleman. The third time I called I tried to tell the receptionist the problem but she rudely cut me off and places me on hold. When she got back on the line she admonished me and said no one hung up on me.
