Horrible building management. Couldn’t sleep in my apartment due to plumbing issue, maintenance request took over 24 hours to complete, and they still won’t credit my rent for the night. Management extremely rude and so is anyone at corporate.
Solid company. Talented design. Wonderful buildings to live in... Right on lakeshore east.
Expect your rent to increase 5-7% per renewal term. Management not very courteous or professional. Would not recommend.
