I didn’t go to this specific office however, I seen Dr. Barnhart in the OB when I was told to call the after hours number. She quickly called me back, addressed my concerns and had me come in for a check up. She was very kind, explained what could be happening and what the end result could be. Although everything was normal she never once made me feel disregarded or like a burden. I go to Magees in Franklin and I’m hoping she will be on call when I go into labor.

I recieved a call today stating that the central scheduling service had messed up and that my appointment would need to be rescheduled. I am 12 weeks pregnant and have been unable to see a provider due to being rescheduled by another facility previously, so this was incredibly distressing as I didnt want to miss my first trimester ultrasound. They try their best. Overall very quick. Have had me throughout my pregnancy and have been very sweet and supportive.

Absolutely horrible. Twice now I have been scheduled and watched as someone who showed up late was allowed back before me instead of being forced to reschedule. I'm always early to my appointments which only forces me to be stuck even longer! My first appointment with them was over an hour past the scheduled time! The second is panning out to be the same. Why aren't late people made to reschedule like anywhere else? Why inconvenience others? It's annoying. Time to find another OB. Good luck if you choose them.
