At the Center for Comprehensive Gynecology, we are able to provide a range of therapies using a variety of providers and creating a holistic approach to conditions that a general obstetrician / gynecologist may not feel comfortable managing. While my areas of expertise include minimally invasive surgery and medical management for complex gynecologic conditions, I find it critically important to partner with patients to achieve the best outcomes based on patient priorities.

I needed help with a large ovarian cyst that two prior surgeons told me needed an entire removal of the ovary. I didn’t want that. Dr Milad listened to my concerns, carefully answered my questions thoroughly, and never made me feel stupid or silly. He’s a great listener and a caring, skilled doctor.
Dr. Milad is top-notch, all around. He is extremely educated, professional, talented, and gifted. Along with that he has amazing bedside manner. He truly cares about his patients - I could cry writing about how wonderful he is. He held my hand until I fell asleep for my latest surgery with him. He has made my quality of life better.
I can't really speak much about Dr. Milad's surgical skill or knowledge as a OBGYN physician because I've had one visit, mostly with his resident that lead to an incidental finding of a potential tumor unrelated to my gynecological issues. I was notified of this finding via his RN through a late night MyChart message. They passed along abnormal finding of potential rare cancer (that I'm now starting the process getting diagnosed) and an oncological surgeon to consult. I cannot thank Him and his team enough ! I felt the energy and how proud they were to be working with milad ! Everyone from the nurses in his office to the administration, his fellows was amazing. Dr milad is very straight to the point , I was diagnosed with endometriosis and had surgery . He saved my fertility as much as possible ! I cannot be happier that he was recommended
The staff are very nice. Dr. Milad is very unprofessional. The appointment was very late. He came in the ultrasound room, didn't introduce himself and said to the nurse 'Oh, she has Dr. X. She just quit'. I didn't know that. I had to get up off of the exam table and introduce myself. After the ultrasound, he spent less than 5 minutes with me. He came in, sat down and didn't introduce himself to my husband. He said 'These are your numbers. Your numbers are terrible. Get an egg donor and left.
Dr. Milad is an excellent surgeon. He performed a Myomectomy surgery and I am recovering very nicely. His team is very professional and well managed. I highly recommended Dr. Milad to anyone who would consider to have Myomectomy surgery.
Dr. Milad did an abdominal myomectomy on a uterine fibroid I had in August of 2016. The entire process with him was exceptional. I had a successful surgery and would highly recommend him.
My experience with Dr. Milad and his team to be exceptional. I had to confront some tricky surgery, and he was able to accomplish it without incident. I'm writing this review a few years after, and I've had no issues whatsoever. It is without reserve that I give my highest recommendation to those who may be considering him as their doctor.
Dr. Milad can do what most general gynecologists can't. He did his very best to ensure I knew what my options were and was empowered to make my own decisions. He is also an excellent surgeon! I have sent several of my girlfriends to him!
