This is the 2nd time I have been there, I fill out their paper work, sit around an hour and both times have been told by receptionist to go to the er, they can't see me. � this place has been a horrible experience to me
Dr Paloma is a great doctor very caring. She's my regular doc but she also does clinic care. How great is that when you go there you see your own doctor. Thanks
Some good physicians and staff but still a few that could stand some customer service knowledge. My biggest complaint is waiting. You schedule an appointment and always have to wait crazy amounts of time to spend mere minutes during the visit with the dr.
Don't ever go to clinic care at this place. The doctor that we saw today was very rude,and acted like I was wasting her time. My 3-year-old child has had a bunch of respiratory sickness throughout her whole life. I proceeded to give her my child's background and she did not even act like she cared. I will be calling her wonderful pediatrician in the morning. I will never EVER return to clinic care at this place again. I will tell all of my friends and family about this as well..
