Most pathetic experience ever. Without understanding the type of skin she proceeded to perform a laser treatment on my skin making melanin stick to the face permanently and the skin looking 10 shades darker and the changes being almost irreversible. What is worse is that she refused to take any responsibility after that. And tried to brush it aside as a mere observation. Wonderful experience as always. I’ve had a facial at this spa for a few times now & I am happy! I’ve had a facial done by each of the aestheticians: Magdalena, Beata & Tracy. They are all amazing and knowledgeable. Today I had an appointment with Tracy & it was VERY relaxing. The bed was nice and warm as soon as I arrived. I felt comfortable and welcome. I even dozed off a few times because that is how relaxed I was. I will definitely be coming back here! Cheers to the team! Results: Face was immediately smooth and glowing.

I had the pleasure of bringing my mother to Magdalena's for the first time, and it was truly a delightful experience. My mother was particularly impressed with Tracy Ann Nelson's exceptional skills and the relaxing ambiance of the establishment. In fact, she mentioned that the shoulder massage she received was more effective than her ongoing physiotherapy sessions.
