First time visiting and I will be coming again!!! Magdalene was absolutely fantastic, so welcoming and lovely personality. I had a deep cleansing facial and it was a very pleasant experience, My skin was glowing. Really nice team with a wide range of services

Most pathetic experience ever. Without understanding the type of skin she proceeded to perform a laser treatment on my skin making melanin stick to the face permanently and the skin looking 10 shades darker and the changes being almost irreversible. What is worse is that she refused to take any responsibility after that. And tried to brush it aside as a mere observation. Wonderful experience as always. I’ve had a facial at this spa for a few times now & I am happy! I’ve had a facial done by each of the aestheticians: Magdalena, Beata & Tracy. They are all amazing and knowledgeable. Today I had an appointment with Tracy & it was VERY relaxing. The bed was nice and warm as soon as I arrived. I felt comfortable and welcome. I even dozed off a few times because that is how relaxed I was. I will definitely be coming back here! Cheers to the team! Results: Face was immediately smooth and glowing.
