Dr. Nowak is a highly knowledgeable doctor. She’s very smart and can explain anything. She really does listen to my concerns, and she always orders testing regarding any concerns instead of excusing symptoms. She was my first and only doctor moving to Rockford, and with one listen of my heart she referred me to a cardiologist and found out I needed open heart surgery. Well since the doc is a no b.s type human , I'll be one also. As a doctor you don't walk in and say what do you want.! It's rude, unprofessional and not how you treat a person in trouble le that's asked for your help. I don't honestly care because probably / more then likely/ the doctor has to put up with whiners and lairs, but some of us honestly need help. At work you need to be professional period. Just my opinion if it matters.

It's a shame that you can't have negative stars. This "doctor" has the worst manner with patients that I have ever seen. She was arrogant, condescending and rude. If she were the only doctor left on the planet I would treat myself. Unbelievable that she still practices with that nasty type of attitude towards a new prospective patients. If your looking for a new doctor, don't stop here, do yourself a favor and keep on looking!
