We had used Dr Magda for years with positive interactions, however something has changed there and we will not be using them again. The office failed to get approval for a procedure and because of that the claim was denied, whereas it would have been approved if they had called the insurance company and scheduled the appt after 10 days. At no point were ever made aware of this, instead they provided a breakdown of the cost including what the insurance company was paying, indicating they had approval for the work.
