Truly disgusting how they treated my wife and my mother-in-law today, my mother-in-law has dementia. She had one of her dementia episodes and my wife struggled to get her to the doctor this morning and they were 18 minutes late 3 minutes over the 15 minute mark and they had no sympathy and they wouldn’t see My mother-in-law, they clearly saw my mother-in-law with her walker, shaking and confused, and my wife struggling to get her in and they still wouldn’t see her, , truly disgusting!!!!!! Wow my mom has dementia and has panic attacks and we were a little late because of the difficulties today and the Dr wouldn’t see her. So disappointing, not accommodating
I’m relatively a new patient of Dr Louka’s and what I appreciate the most so far is how she quickly understands the root of health concerns. She listens with compassion and treats with accuracy. She complements the office as well because getting appointments with little to no waiting time is always a plus.Leaving her office is already the start of healing and hope. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a hand in your health journey
