Had a appointment st 8am waited for an hour to be seen, when he came into the room he didn't introduce himself or apologize for having to wait so long.It seem like it was an inconvenience for him to talk to us.Very rude didn't really do anything to address the issue, asked a few questions about memory not much else just typed on his computer. Waste of time!!!
Reason for the low star rating is because he doesn't really listen to the concerns and draws conclusions on various symptoms that he deems "highly unlikely". Like c'mon man, I know what I feel in my brain and your conclusion is wrong. His personality is vacant, not personable, so I am unable to develop a positive patient/Dr. relationship. I can not for the life of me recommend this neurologist. If you pull the bad card and get him, immediately call Mercy and have them give you a different neurologist. You will NEVER understand a single thing he says. He’s dismissive and seems to have the bed side manner of an ice cube. Lord save you if you are having issues that require immediate attention. I went to DrMaganti to find out why I was having tremors. He did not even look at my history. Just came in and wanted to up and add meds. After we specifically stated we were there to find out WHY. After I said no to more meds and brought up again that I want to know what is wrong with me. He then looked at the computer. He decided we could order a copper level test. It came back high, twice. Some other testing was done as well. His answer again was more meds to treat tremors. I said no, they dont work. He said I do not know... read more
