Do not hire or trust them. If you must hire them (which I HIGHLY Recommend that you DO NOT) do not under any circumstances pay them in full until the work is done to your satisfaction. They butchered my front stairs that I paid over $3,000 for and then tried to blame the looks & the shoddy frame job on "That's how concrete is". Magana Construction is a horrible company. In October 2007 I had hired Magana to replace cement stairs. What a horrible experience that turned out to be. In cost me more money to fix the mess that they had left behind. In the process of replacing the cement stairs, they damaged all of my landscapping and stained and cracked my sidewalks. When pouring the cement for the stairs, they drove the cement truck up on the sidewalks and cracked several slabs.
