RecommendedWent to your facility in Cypress and one of your male staff ( an Asian) is not friendly. no specific instructions where to wait. doesn’t approach patients nicely! thank you!
Recommendedwent there recently and the staff was amazing and so sweet. 1 receptionist 1 nurse and 1 doctor. with the craziness going on between appointments covid test and just regular walking the staff was very professional sweet and kind. I can go on for awhile but I will stop here. Please everyone have patience with all medical personnel and say THANK YOU.
Honestly this place is so chaotic, nobody answers the phone, and FORGET paperwork needed for school, takes them weeks to fill out a form. Ridiculous. Do not recommend
I have been a patient for over 25 yrs but lately there has been such a decline I am thinking about trying to find another group. Hold times are horrible, dr. follow through is poor. Dr.'s are not given enough time to listen to a patient with ten minute appointments.

My daughter in law’s prenatal visits have been cancelled last minute (like after she arrived, they told her they didn’t have time to see her) and she generally has to wait excessively when she is seen. This week, the doctor didn’t see her until 90 minutes after her scheduled appointment and just said that they were “running behind”. They don’t respect people’s time. I’ve heard this experience from other family that have been patients here, so I don’t think this is atypical.
