I'm disappointed that I have to write this review because I truly believed my roof issue had been fixed. I initially contacted Magallons roofing inc. due to a leak that was occurring between the roof and patio. Alfredo came out to inspect the area, and shortly afterward I received an estimate outlining the cost and the work that would be completed. The roof was under warranty for 2 year, but during that time we didn't have much rain, so there was no real way to confirm whether the problem had actually been resolved. Like mos... read more
Terrible customer service. I waited a long time and still didn’t get a proper response.
I expected much better. Nothing matched what was advertised.
The roofing work was very disappointing. There are visible gaps and the finishing is terrible. They promised quality work but failed badly. Waste of time and money
