I have called 5 times in the last week to schedule my Audi for Service. By the way, I was unaware ownership had changed. However, no one is picking up the phone or returning calls; I've left 3 messages - an Audi sales rep said he also would give them a message to call me back... and still nothing. I've spoken to the operator, VW, and no one is able to tell me why service isn't answering the phone. It's unfortunate, as I've gotten 4 vehicles here and have never had poor service until now.

We recently had our Volkswagen Atlas serviced here for a major engine repair that took approximately seven weeks to complete (valve spring and cylinder head work). Within 24 hours of picking the vehicle up, I was driving with my children and experienced exhaust fumes entering the cabin, particularly while idling. If I could leave 0 stars I would. An employee there by the name of Cody Norris was extremely rude and doesn’t know what he’s doing. Swearing at customers and trying to threaten customers. Will never go back again. I don’t know how someone hires and keeps such a person working there. Terrible for business in my opinion!!
