The BMW team does not appear to want our money. We’ve come in twice, driving a BMW, to look at purchasing an x7 without ever being approached by sales. Both times we gave up and left after ten to fifteen minutes. We also had a car in for repairs twice, because the repair was not completed successfully the first time, and service never offered to perform overdue maintenance items. Heather at Lotus of Ohio was absolutely amazing! Before we even arrived, I called ahead to ask if my nephew and niece would be allowed to come in and look at the cars.
