Met with Dr. Kahn 7/6/22. The exam was incomplete & hurried, yet he had the audacity to charge $215 & bill me $24.36. I called Rosa who was rude & ignorant refusing further discussion. I am still waiting for her manager to call which speaks volumes about your patient servicing. Your marketing is not in-sync with actual behaviors which were evident by my interaction with Rosa.
