Purchase experience was smooth. Jordan’s hands were tied as to “ready date” due to necessary prep, oil change etc but was not a big issue. All folks were orofessional and courteous.
Mitch took great care of me & the entire dealership is spotless with incredible amenities like a custom espresso machine and very comfortable seating in a clean, pristine lounge area. Very easily accessible via highway or backroads!
Very professional. Josh did a great job. However, I remain a bit concerned that my check engine light is on but Josh assures me that it's related to a low battery charge that since has been rectified. Do you think the battery life will be diminished if the battery did not hold a charge after 100 mile drive from Columbus to Cincinnati? The car is beautiful and drives great. Thank you, Lee
I left a $2500 deposit to order an Emira. Never received the car and asked for my deposit back in August 2025. My SalesRep, Josh W., told me he would process the return and a check would be mailed. Never received the deposit. I called Sam, the GM, left multiple messages for Kevin, the Finance Manager, never received a response. BEWARE!!! You may not get a car and not get your deposit back. Edit 11/7/25 - No one called me and still have not received deposit back. All talk and nothing more.
