I left a $2500 deposit to order an Emira. Never received the car and asked for my deposit back in August 2025. My SalesRep, Josh W., told me he would process the return and a check would be mailed. Never received the deposit. I called Sam, the GM, left multiple messages for Kevin, the Finance Manager, never received a response. BEWARE!!! You may not get a car and not get your deposit back.

I just got delivery of my Lotus Emira from MAG Lotus and they did a wonderful job throughout the whole ordering process. I live out-of-state, but they kept me informed about my order over the 3 year wait. They also invited me out to test drive days (which I flew out for!) and coordinated with my flight info to make sure the experience worked with my schedule. Charles in sales and Jules in finance made the whole transaction a breeze. Charles even coordinated having the car detailed with Esoteric and arranged an enclosed trail... read more
