Ordered a part and added to pay express delivery. Unfortunately, I guess the only employee that processes sales decided to take a couple days off so no more online processing occurred. I was not able to obtain the part requested at the desired time. The employee that impeded the sale had an attitude, when I requested to cancel the sale and refund my money because the product is no longer needed. What a unforgettable event, customer service goes a long way!

Their products are outstanding! I’ve never had any problems with my vehicles leaking while I’m on the road or off road. I’ve had extra sets of hardware and gaskets for my vehicles but never had to open them for replacements. They’re products will always beat the competition.
