I am 1 month post-op from Dr Mafi performing a lower body lift. I am so in love with my new body and shape already! Dr. Mafi and his team are professional but personable. I had to cancel my appointment due to an error made by the front desk. When I showed proof on my phone that the scheduling mistake was on their end, I expected at least an apology. Instead, I was told, “We can see that, but we don’t know what happened.” There was no accountability and they were very dismissive. The front desk lacks respect and professionalism; they should work on their attitude. The whole interaction felt weird and didnt reflect what they advertised for.
Dr. Mafi is the best!!! I am just a little over 1 month post op and am in love with my nose!!! I couldn’t be more happier and feel more confident now. Dr. Mafi really takes the time to listen to you and he truly cares for you and his patients and it shows. The whole staff there too is awesome and super welcoming and makes every appointment a 10/10 experience. Would highly recommend him to anyone!!!
