Maffra Service Centre towed a vehicle to my property and damaged our driveway when dropping off the vehicle. After several attempts to speak to anyone who can resolve the issue we have never had a phone call or email back from any of their staff or management or owners - Penny and Chris Stevenson. Kelly (receptionist) keeps telling us that they are not available and they will return our call / email to which we are still waiting for two months now. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!!
Amazing service from start to finish Joe and his apprentice was so very helpful after getting no help elsewhere was at our house within 5 mins of calling RACV and had the issue fixed within a couple of hours. Involved my daughter by taking a photo to show her what the issue was with her car so she didn't have to get down on the ground. Thank you so much A+ customer service .
Very grateful for their help. From calling RACV roadside assist to these guys putting me back on the road with a new battery, 25 mins. Very professional, prompt service.
Got a roadworthy done through the service centre, extremely helpful and thorough. Explained everything that needed doing clearly, gave me prices on everything, and sourced larger parts for me. Highly recommend
Would never come here they dont know jack about cars they Didn’t know how to use the back wipers then didn’t tell me I had to wire my light bar to a separate switch then said that they messed up and I’d have to pay $270 again to get a roadworthy end up being extremely rude to the point they were going to pick out more things that were not wrong with the car
