Solid, tasty pub grub and friendly staff make this a good choice in Lake Bluff. Just be forwarned that it's bit pricey for what you get. I guess that can't be helped in an expensive area.

My husband has eaten here several times. He remembered it as being pretty good. We had a weird experience. We went on a week night. There wasn't a hostess or any other employees in sight when we walked in. We stood there for a few moments and my husband decided to go to the washroom. When he got back, I still hadn't been approached by any staff member. We sat down in the bar area and eventually someone showed up. He was friendly. We ordered a salad and saffron shrimp.
