Got my hair braided here for the first time. Anna did an amazing job, wait time was not long, reasonably priced, friendly atmosphere. Both the salon owner and the braiders were very nice and they are very good at what they do. I will definitely be back.

Avoid this shop , shady business practices and zero pricing integrity. I called the owner three hours in advance for a same-day braid take-down for shoulder-length, medium-sized braids. The owner quoted me $25 over the phone and told me to come in at 12:00 PM. When I arrived on time, the owner wasn't even there. A braider who spoke very little English had me sit down, called the owner, and began taking down my hair, cutting the ends and starting the process without discussing any changes with me directly. If I could give no stars I would! I would not return to, or recommend this salon. The quality of customer service was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. The owner was leaving early and insisted that clients pay before their services were completed. She was very persistent about collecting payment, which placed customers in an uncomfortable position before they had an opportunity to inspect the finished work.
