Terrible is an understatement, and unprofessional. I know you love money but if you can't provide quality services, don't charge those exorbitant prices. It's sad.
I’ve been going to Maeva for a long time now, way before they moved the shop down stairs. I use to love this shop even gave them 5 stars before on fb. This last time I went not only did the price increase by $60 without a notice but my braids were horrible. They were sliding out which never happen before, all of my braids were choppy and all my hair was cut. I’m disappointed because I traveled over a hour just to get to this shop every time, and they asked for more money and did a horrible job!
Came here for years! Got this information by word of mouth! The service was good! Now rudely talk about you in their language! If you don't leave a tip that's satisfactory to their liking! The do not want you business! Over an hour late for arrival of our appointment! I sat patiently! Will respond after low tipis! Be aware !!
My Braids came out super cute they provided hair I got bohemian knotless you will have to bring in the curly hair and they didn’t add as much curly hair as I asked them to but I expected that service was great and I got out in 2 to 3 hours. That style usually takes eight
