9/7/2025 I live downstate and hired Mr. Maether’s firm to handle a land purchase in Oswego area. I’ve been through several real estate transactions before with other attorneys and have never experienced anything like this. We worked with Bryan on our first home purchase and just closed today. There were some snafoos between the many moving parts of a real estate transaction and in the process I'm sure I was a real pain in the you know what to deal with, but Bryan was nothing but professional the entire time.
