On March 28, 2018, contractor was sent over by Erick Gotcher, the owner of Maestros Home Services to look at my A/C unit around 10am that morning. He advised that the furnace needed to be replaced and he spoke with Erick about pricing. I was quoted $3,200 for a new furnace and needed to provide $2,500 upfront to cover the cost of the furnace. Giving one star because 0 isn't an option. Eric washed our windows twice satisfactorily in previous years. This year he came as scheduled but didn't have the supplies he needed to do the job. Came back several days later and did about 2/3 of the exterior windows and none of the interior. He didn't do all of the exterior that he said he did or that we paid him for. Plus several need to be done again as they weren't cleaned all the way to the bottom. He scheduled to come back in 3 days to finish. He said he wasn't feeling well... read more
