Maestro installed some security cameras in my home and they are high quality cameras that are very reliable and were priced very competitively. The service crew was very good and they were very patient with their instructions on how to use the equipment. Highly recommend them.
I have no experience with Maestro's home theater service, but their commercial service is horrendous. No response, no follow-up, and it seems that they have absolutely zero interest in customer service. After huge markups on our $10k+ outdoor television install (they accidentally sent me the distributor's invoice, oops), I was convinced we needed to upgrade the software program that controls the property's media amenity areas.
