We ordered flowers and put an incorrect delivery address. The local florist (ordered through a third party) was so sweet and rerouted to take the delivery to the correct place. While I cannot yet confirm the quality of the flowers, we really appreciated going above and beyond in the customer service department.
Absolutely great customer service. Beautiful arrangement delivered on very short notice.
Ordered flowers through FTD and the card attached was from Mae's Flowers. Will not order through FTD again and will never get flowers at Mae's. I could go pick up sticks and weeds in the dead of winter and arrange a better bouquet.
On Monday, December 23rd, I had flowers sent to me by a family member. We live in an apartment complex. My daughter and I had come home from Christmas shopping and noticed an older man standing outside of our building with flowers on top of the electrical box. My daughter made a comment “pretty flowers” and we came inside. We left our apartment about 20 mins later and the man was still standing outside. SCAM! Order taken, not delivered, no way to contact customer service, one woman is the department, she hung up and then they won't answer, no online help, RUN DON'T WALK - just check out YELP for thousands of reviews claiming SCAM - I even have Zoom Info and can't find ANYONE who is real that works there, lots of fake profiles and those listed are in the Philipines.
