My father's birthday is today, August 15th, and this a day or two after the flood and I called Mae's Flower Shop to have a fruit basket delivered to my elderly father for his birthday. They went out and got the items to go in the basket in the flooded streets and made him the best fruit basket ever. Called the day before Valentines to have flowers delivered to a local elementary school. Pretty bluntly stated "We don't go that way tomorrow!" No problem, went to the other local shop and they were very nice. Suggest you do too.
