Marco hand makes his pasta. It's family owned. Very friendly. The prices are great. I had the Fortuna and there's enough for a second meal. My next experience with Maeposas remains tops! Delicious pizza. Loads of cheese! Marco's standards remain excellent to my taste buds!
We stopped in for a quick dinner, and the staff was so helpful and kind! We ordered The Noodles and Fortuna and both were so fresh and delicious. Good sized portions, lots of meat and sauce on them! We will be back 👍 the lot also has games plenty of seating, and some nights live music.
Absolutely the best meatballs in Hot Springs, AR. Today I changed it up and got their paella which is a special this week. It is worth the money. Packed with seafood! The pic I've attached is the paella outside of the to go container. I plated it, not the food truck.
Everytime I'm in Hot Springs I have the privilege of eating at Maeposas food truck, aka the best Italian food around. I've tried the lemon chicken pasta, cheese sticks, focaccia di jamon, cheese cake, and a few other things. Everything tastes fresh, handmade with great ingredients, and you can tell the chef puts a love in every meal on the menu. Chef is the nicest by the way and always helpful! Do your belly a favor and go to Maeposas!
This place is amazing...like go two days in a row while you're in town for work good. Like "every time I'm in town I'm going to go" good. Went for lunch one day and dinner another and cannot endorse this place enough. The food is incredible, the service is great and they really live by the mission the describe!
