I was extremely disappointed with the level of support provided by this doctor during an on-call situation over the weekend. Despite marking my question as urgent, I was assured a callback within 30 minutes from the operator, but the doctor reached out after an hour and a half. She had not reviewed my grandma's chart before the call, lacking the typical diligence of on-call physicians.
