BED BUGS, COCKROACHES, DIRTY TENANTS DO NOT RENT HERE, DO NOT EVEN VISIT ANYONE HERE! I would give this building ZERO STARS if I could. I did not have bed bugs or cochroaches when I moved in and now those pests are EVERYWHERE and in EVERYTHING. I had to beg to have my apartment fumigated because the pest control personnel didnt find the bed bugs "on my bed", dispite bed bugs being present in all other areas in my apartment. Ceci commence avec l’argente immobilière qui n’était plus disponible une fois le bail signé (comme par magie) et je me retrouve dans qui me tourner. Puis au tours de la gestionnaire de l’immeuble qui ne répond jamais aux messages. Moving in soon! So far the administrative and moving process has been very smooth, Kristy the building manager and Melissa who worked with me on the onboarding paperwork have been wonderful and very responsive. Excited for the move!!
Don’t live here! This building is not operated properly. This building is a low income building not a luxury building like they try to advertise. It has consistent cockroaches/bedbugs where it is becoming really annoying in trying to get them out of my unit, it been sprayed 3 times and they are still there. The garbage is right outside the back door and all over, the garbage shoots a full of garbage. All this is a playground for bugs. I have had 2 loads of laundry stolen at one point because they didn't have a security lock ... read more
