This building is not operated properly. They decided to shut the whole building down the end of November to clean the hydro machine. There is no power, no heat and no access to my fridge for 8 hours in the winter to do a job that could be conducted all summer long, when the weather was beautiful outside. Health Canada also stipulates that fridge food starts to go bad after 4 hours with no electricity. Where do I start? The building is completely infested with cockroaches and bedbugs. I had a hole in my bathroom ceiling due to water leaking from the apartment above mine for over a year despite many reminders to management to fix it. My neighbor smoked inside their unit and left their door open to the hallways when they did so the entire floor reeked of cigarettes. Avoid this place like the plague.

‏ ‏I am living in this building as I write this. I hate this building with all my heart. It is a real disaster in terms of hygiene, and you can expect to see vomit in the lobby. No one in this building is responsible, and every day we witness several homeless people in the building. The most important part: no one is accountable, and you do not have any individual as a building manager, and CLV Group has no accountability for its buildings.
