I've been here since 2017 ..and it's been getting better lately with the renovations to the building .. inside and out ..! the clients that are moving in are better to !! great location ..!! Vitel is Super !!
Great building! Never had any major problems and any small issues that occur, the superintendent, Vital, takes care of within hours. Great location and a good community

A fairly new resident on the second floor of a well maintained and seemingly family oriented building. all the respect to vital and the rest of the crew always keeping it up to par, and to Melissa who helps us find a home thank you for this community, thank you for the cleanliness, and thank you for taking the time to get to know me. I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by our superintendent Vital. He is consistently attentive, professional and highly responsive to any issues that arise. Most recently, i experienced a problem with my toilet and sent him an email within 5 min he was already on-site and resolved the issue promptly. Since the day i moved in, he has always been efficient. His dedication and reliability greatly contribute to the comfort and quality of living in this building.
Vital has really cleaned up the place. I’ve been here for a while and it’s gotten much better thanks to his efforts. Thanks and great job
