I’m not one for confrontation, so in the moment, I didn’t know how to respond. After thinking about it for a day, I feel I can’t stay silent. I would have greatly appreciated a message informing me of the changes. I booked for 12 PM but didn’t start until 12:40. I scheduled a cut and shampoo for $32 but was charged $55. Brittany is amazing. We just found her earlier this week and she was able to get us in and did an amazing job on my daughter's box braids, extensions, and styling. My daughter has been to several salons and this was the first hairdresser that did not have her in tears with the pain, and even 1/2 way through asked if we could go back to Brittany from here on out. Highly recommend. Thank You!
Brittany is hands down the most gentlest braider I have ever had an encounter with! The crazy part is the braids are firm, but didn't go through any pulling or pain. Currently at the shop now getting my hair braided. If you want your hair braided without tension or stress on your hair, this is your girl! Thank you Brittany🩷
