Thank you so much to Mae Flower & Gift Shop for creating the most stunning sympathy fireside basket for our dearly departed Aunt. Mae listened to exactly what we were looking for and designed a custom arrangement that perfectly conveyed our condolences. The flowers were fresh, vibrant & simply beautiful. The attention to detail was so appreciated and her proactive communication throughout the process gave us so much peace of mind. Ordering from out of state, she let us know she would take good care of us & that she did.
My Google search for a black-owned flower delivery business in Connecticut brought me to Mae Flower and Gift Shop, and I was even happier to see it was women-owned. My sister-in-law, a black woman, was celebrating a special day and I wanted to support all who endeavor to make a difference in the world. I received excellent customer service and my sister-in-law received a beautiful arrangement. We are both very happy.
I so happy to have learned of Mae’s Flower & Gift Shop. I decided on a sympathy stand arrangement for a funeral, forgetting to consider how short my notice was. As the funeral service was the very next morning! I love getting flowers from Mae Flower and Gift Shop! It's a mother and daughter duo and they are both sweet and kind to work with. I get flowers for my friends birthday ever year and they all love and appreciate them, so much so they also have started to get their flowers from here.
