When I first moved in, I was told that each unit was allowed two parking spaces, and any additional vehicles would require extra arrangements. Parking permits were also provided to be displayed on vehicles. However, I’ve noticed that many residents are not using parking permits, and as a result, parking has become very limited. Maintenance is great. They respond quickly to get things done. Customer service is horrible. A little sympathy , empathy and compassion goes a long way. Heartless
My husband and I are relocating to this area. I called to make an appointment and was told to stop in anytime between 10 - 3. After driving over an hour to see the units listed on their website as available, we were subjected to this absurdly rude woman named DASHA who REFUSED to help us, answer any questions, or show us the units we came to see. She said they were not available, (which is incorrect) and when I asked when they would be available, she replied in a very nasty tone, I should know because I looked at the website... read more
Me and my wife have called on multiple occasions to get our dryer repaired/replaced but all of the representatives are extremely rude and unprofessional. It doesn't have to be this way please consider getting some additional training for you're representatives. And I'll just simply go to the laundry matt
The service here is horrible, Just a greedy set of owners. I was told that my carpets would be changed out after 3 years of living in the unit, that was a lie. Initially when I came into my unit the carpets had a strong tobacco smell, I complained but nothing was ever done. Here we are 3 years later I once again called to change my carpets but I was then told you can only have carpet change after 5 years of living in the unit.. I honestly have complaints for days.
