The service here is horrible, Just a greedy set of owners. I was told that my carpets would be changed out after 3 years of living in the unit, that was a lie. Initially when I came into my unit the carpets had a strong tobacco smell, I complained but nothing was ever done. I've been living here for a few years now and the place is nice. A lot of my neighbors have cats and dogs which was surprising. I ended up getting dogs of my own and so far it's been a good environment. The maintenance guys love to come play with them and give them treats. Even though they say no pets at the start, seems like a lot of tenants here have pets that are accepted.

I see many people moving in and moving out, and I like to believe it's because of the poor quality and customer service skills they have. Last year, the pools were free, this year we have to pay. Isn't it a luxury apartment complex. When I moved it that was one of the amenities we were told about, I just want to know what's next the playground is going to be charged or maybe the tennis court. When you make a maintenance request they take their time to go and see what's wrong.
