What an actual scam. This is the third time I've attempted to call and make my payment just for them to not answer the phone until after the due date so that I'm forced to pay $10 late fee .
I have been with Nationwide 20 or so years and when it changed to Jaime Madrigal I chose to stay and so far I’m getting the same great service as before

Great agency with the best customer service in town. Anytime I need help with a claim or anything else they always take great care of me. I also learned that they offer lots of different companies not just Nationwide.
