I do not recommend this appraisal company! They had one job! and they copy and pasted their work, don’t waste your money and if you end up getting this company good luck! get ready to receive poor work and poor customer service, they are not familiar with Southern Arizona. A Tapia has no experience

Absolutely terrible appraisal agency I do not know how it’s even possible they have a license to appraise. A. Tapia arrived at the property and only spent 8 minutes took a few pictures and left, good luck if you end up with this agency, the client and the lender had to do his work! Absolutely disgusting incompetent and they should be ashamed of themselves.

I would highly not recommend. This company took 3 weeks to do a terrible job on an appraisal leaving two families without a home. Such a huge disappointment considering other appraisal companies come back with their appraisal with in two days and will have a more accurate report. Don't waste your money, they will destroy the value of your house

Edward Madson was 45 minutes late for the appraisal, as he says he couldn't find the property. However, once he arrived, the appraisal went quickly and professionally.
