I've had at least 2 year history with this company. Shawn called me today leaving a message, that I'm keeping, saying slandering him on Google reviews and lying. I posted my less then satisfying service with them. INSTEAD OF CALLING ME 5 WEEKS AGO, HE WAITS TILL 1 WEEK BEFORE MY NEXT SERVICE TO FIND ANOTHER. As mature as he apparently is. Work on an outdoor project had to stop when we found a yellow jacket nest in the gutter. They were out within the hour. When we found a second next in the ground the next day, they returned quickly at no extra charge. Everyone I dealt with from the office to the field was pleasant, helpful and personable. We will definitely use them again!
