I love they invested in the best medical grade infrafrd sauna not a cheap toxic carbon / fiberglass sauna from China like most other places. I love sweating 100% of the time I"m in the sauna and my legs sweat big time. I've tested all the saunas in the market n the one they chose was top of the line and the only medical grade sauna in the US! I do believe they really do care about your best interests. 5 Stars
