Kurt Madsen is unprofessional and unethical. On August 20th 2024 at around 10am I was accompanying my relative to her first appointment with Dr Madsen. My relative is utilizing a manual wheelchair and I utilize a power chair with the aid of a service dog. Before we could get completely in the door to his office he became irate and started screaming about my service dog. I attempted to educate him on the ADA guidelines for service dogs buy he said he didn't care and wanted us out. Tried calling hospital security to remove us.... read more
