I could not recommend doctor madsen more. He is knowledgeable, understanding, and best of all, always available. When our son was sick with bronchitis he would respond to messages at 10pm to our questions and concerns. He is truly such a good doctor I wish more was like him.
He is the best of the best!! He goes above and beyond! He is very knowledgable, thorough and kind. He is always there when we need him! Thank you Dr Madsen for being such a wonderful doctor to all of my kids
We love doctor Madsen! He has done such an amazing job for both of our boys! 10 stars for him! However...3 stars because their billing department is stupid. They keep billing the insurance wrong then in turn keep billing us. I am SO fed up. I've called them over a dozen times to get this sorted out, but they are always out of office or talk to me like I'm an idiot. If the billing department could actually do their job properly and HELP us fix this, then we'll give the office 5 stars.
Madsen is the best doctor I have ever had. He is genuinely concerned about your child, thoroughly checks your kids for well child visits, spends time answering advice, talking about what to expect, and giving advice in every visit! He has had many years of experience and it shows! We will miss having him as our doctor! We have had some miscommunications with scheduling a couple of times, but don’t let that scare you away, it’s worth it:)
