If you are limited with the Oregon health plan, you’re not gonna find many options out there for youth. The process to get my grandson to this program was pretty lengthy and by that I mean they asked for every therapist, counseling record, school record, etc., but they don’t read them! So they don’t have a backstory on the patient. It’s very disorganized two weeks after my grandson was in treatment. I get a welcome text to orientation. Great staff no way to explain although I left recently they truly are amazing and met great people there.
I couldn't be happier with this program for my dual diagnosis grandson. The level of staffing was great. The staff were very responsive. They actively involved our family. My grandson had treatment several times every day. The facilities were beautiful and they had so many options for activities to burn off energy. My grandson had his own room rather than a dorm. That was very helpful. He learned tools to deal with his trauma and tools to help keep sober.He was always treated kindly and with respect. They had rules in place ... read more
