I've been on the phone for 40 minutes after first learning this pharmacy was handling my prescription. I'm calling right in the middle of their listed work hours. It's clear they don't appreciate my time or care about good care despite what their recording states. It would have been faster for me to drive to their location and talk to them in person than waiting on hold for them to answer their phone. If there was a way to give -100 stars I would. My experience this morning was nothing less than horrific. The first time I got someone on the phone they refused to speak after answering the call. I thought maybe it was a technical issue, a second time I called the same person answered also refusing to talk, but I could hear her breathing and said that I could hear her and then she hung up on me. Not certain why you guys only have an overall review of 3 stars. I have gotten nothing but 5 star service from Madrona pharmacy. Keep it up guys! Love your service and you customer service!
The assistant and the doctor were perfectly agreeable, competent, and easy to understand on the phone. They were both accommodating and eager to be helpful. My order arrived two days after initially calling them by an equally pleasant delivery man. My experience with this business was undoubtedly excellent by Seattle's current standards.
