The people that work here are great but the systems that they use are very problematic. I have lapsed on meds that I have to take for a serious illnesses because prior auths weren't completed correctly, on time, etc... I am not sure how a place that has been around for so long hasn't developed a way of notifying patients/ providers that certain forms need completing to continue supplying vital medications. They've never been able to get my prescription right. Every month I have to call every month there's something going on. Either the delivery is delayed or canceled. Called on Monday and scheduled a delivery on Thursday. It didn't happen so I called on Friday and they told me the prescription was replaced with a new one and so we canceled the delivery and did not reschedule one! I asked for a conversation with a supervisor and never got one. Don't go here if you need a dependable pharmacy.
Always helpful, always get my meds on time. They take the time to help me deal with specialty drug problems. Always polite.
I've been on the phone for 40 minutes after first learning this pharmacy was handling my prescription. I'm calling right in the middle of their listed work hours. It's clear they don't appreciate my time or care about good care despite what their recording states. It would have been faster for me to drive to their location and talk to them in person than waiting on hold for them to answer their phone. If there was a way to give -100 stars I would. My experience this morning was nothing less than horrific. The first time I got someone on the phone they refused to speak after answering the call. I thought maybe it was a technical issue, a second time I called the same person answered also refusing to talk, but I could hear her breathing and said that I could hear her and then she hung up on me.
