Very poor business etiquette. Does not take care of tenants. I had a horrible experience with this company. I will never rent through them again, nor will I recommend them to anyone I know. I could not believe that any company would ever treat tenants they way they treated me and my life was disrupted because of EPM. They did not care that the house I rented was unsafe and unhealthy and there was a baby living in the house. They did not care that there was a leak and I was paying hundreds of dollars for water.
