Overpriced condo fees go up every year and NOTHING gets fixed ! Ghetto carpet in hallways! Smells like cigarettes. Security lets ANYONE inside especially at night! Doorbells don’t work. Pool never opens on time. Been there for years never saw the tennis court open for use. People don’t pick up their dog poop. Parking lots always flood. And be aware of your neighbors have any pests you will be charged for it as well! I’ve live here for 15 years. We have new owners of the property, but it is not the same. Before the older people who have been here have basically grandfathered rights. Now they added so many rules it’s crazy. The condo I live in my landlord is horrible everything needs to be fixed and it hasn’t got done. We do it ourselves safety wise it’s an amazing place. But now it turning like the ghetto hopefully it gets better.

This is my second review over the past few years. I have automatic payments set up for “common area fees” commonly known a Condo fees or HOA fees. Somehow, the payment for October was “cancelled” and not drawn from my banking account. I received a bill with a late fee of $40. I called Dartmouth Group regarding the said fees several times over the past week, left messages and at the time of review, still haven’t received a return phone call. Very unprofessional for such high condo fees.
