Mr Madrid runs an excellent business. He is professional, prompt, courteous and polite. We made an appointment for yard work and he called the day before to confirm. On the day, he was able to come early and called to ensure that was alright. He arrived four hours early and worked diligently throughout the afternoon. My mother and I were just amazed at the quality of his work. He trimmed all the bushes and cleaned up the rock garden until it looked brand new. The place hasn't looked this good in twenty years. We hired Madrid for basic lawn care -- mowing, weeding, edging, blowing off the patio and driveway. This was the initial service and they did a fabulous job! Since it was their first visit, they spent extra time getting things cleaned up so that future service will be easier -- at no extra charge! I'm hoping it continues. (In the past, we have had lawn service people who started out doing a great job and then over time they started rushing, not caring about details, etc. )
Sr. Madrid is a real professional gardener and gentleman! He arrived a bit ahead of time to set up his equipment;identified himself with documents; listened and noted what I wanted done and made good suggestions. He offered some alternatives and explained the reasons for using different materials for my backyard. He reviewed our conclusions and made sure we both were clear and knew what to expect price and timewise.
