Let me preface this by saying, before today I would have given them 4 or 5 stars. However, I show up to my scheduled appointment, which has been on my schedule for 3 months and they CANCELLED it because I didnt answer their call? Apparently this policy started in March but no one told me about it. I have been to 2 other appointments since then. Plenty of time to give me notice that I need to call ahead and confirm. Rude front desk staff. I recently called to see what I would need to assist a family member potentially come to MMG as a new patient. I should have take caution at the initial tone because the operator demanded the family members name and DOB. Then the idiot said she couldn’t talk to me without the patient consent. Hello, MMG, I was trying to see if I could get her in as a new patient, not schedule anything or get information. Extremely rude and incompetent staff. AVOID at all costs!
